“NGO Gateway” seeks to empower the NGO sector through Networking and Capacity Building by leveraging internet technologies. An e-communion to foster collaboration amongst NGOs working in the area of HIV and related issues, it also addresses capacity building by aggregating and hosting information and tools by the community for effective programming and management.
